Great communication from Cassio who coordinated the first quote to follow ups and the big day. Janell packed our kitchen and absolutely smashed it. Every glass and plate was wrapped perfectly and with so much care. She was so lovely! Now for the actual moving day, Felipe and Wesley get special mention! These guys are machines!! Seriously I've never seen a crew move that fast and still be that careful.They were punctual (extra punctual actually which set the day to an excellent start!), got straight into it and just did not stop. Couches, mattresses, bbq, the heavy stuff, they made it look easy. Not a single scratch on anything, and they kept the friendliness and professionalism going the whole day, which made it way less painful than we'd expected. Thyago & Pedro made a very stressful move today calm and efficient. I’ve moved 20 times. Thyago & Pedro were by far the most professional, polite & helpful removalists I’ve engaged. Clean blankets, clean truck, great attitudes. I never leave reviews but on this occasion, I feel a 5 star review is warranted. I highly recommend this business. The office were also great to deal with and their pricing was reasonable.

I honestly cannot thank Pedro, Kaue and Thyago from Posch & Silva Moving enough for the incredible job they did helping us move from storage into our new place. From our first chat to the moment they arrived, nothing was too much trouble. They were friendly, professional, incredibly hardworking and, most importantly, genuinely willing to help with whatever we needed. There was never a complaint or a sense that something was too difficult... they simply found a way to get it done. What really stood out, though, was how they came to our rescue with our new fridge. We had spent considerable time with the retailer before purchasing it to make sure delivery upstairs to our kitchen wouldn't be a problem. Unfortunately, when the fridge arrived, their delivery partner wouldn't take it upstairs, leaving us with a very large fridge downstairs and no way of getting it where it needed to go. Pedro, Kaue and Thyago were absolute lifesavers. They made sure we had the help we needed and managed to get the fridge safely upstairs for us. They didn't have to solve someone else's delivery problem, but they stepped in without hesitation and went above and beyond to help us. That same attitude carried through the entire move. Anything we needed help with, they were there... no fuss, no complaints, just a genuine willingness to make our move as easy as possible. Moving can be stressful, and having people around you who are not only good at what they do but who genuinely care about helping makes an enormous difference. Pedro, Kaue and Thyago, thank you. Your hard work, kindness and willingness to go above and beyond were truly appreciated. You made what could have been a very stressful day so much easier for us, and we are incredibly grateful. This was our second time using Posch N Silva, and we couldn’t be happier with the team. They brought two trucks to move our warehouse and worked hard all day.
